Mikael Levin is a Los Angeles based cinematographer and camera operator, as well as a member of the IATSE Local 600 and SOC. Mikael has extensive feature film, short, commercial, music video, and documentary experience. He has shot on four continents and traveled all over the world as a still photographer. He has had the privilege of working for successful directors and cinematographers including but not limited to-- Joss Whedon, Garry Marshall, Paul Weitz, Barry Jenkins, Mihai Malaimare Jr., Charles Minsky ASC. An alumni of USC School of Cinematic Arts, Mikael has gained acclaim from film festivals, including Cannes, Sundance, and SxSw, not to mention his very proud grandmothers.
He is also a Spanish speaker, PADI Advanced Open Water scuba diver, hockey player, and a fan of the Arizona Coyotes.
